Employees need to maintain professional duties together with their job privileges so they can enhance organizational success. Workplace productivity improves when employees meet their obligations, do their jobs according to procedures, and abide by established workplace rules.

What happens if I don't meet my responsibilities?

You may face disciplinary action if you fail to meet your responsibilities. That said, employers must recognize that you may be affected by problems outside of work.
